UCGA tournament qualifiers starting soon
Qualifying rounds for the World Cyber Games will start soon at CompUSA stores across the country.
The United Cyber Games Association (UCGA) has announced that a series of 400 qualifying events for the World Cyber Games will soon commence in the US. The qualifying and semifinal UCGA events will be held from April through July at 20 CompUSA store locations across the country. The UCGA events cover six PC games: Half-Life: Counter-Strike, Starcraft: Brood War, Warcraft III, Age of Mythology, Unreal Tournament 2003, and FIFA 2003. Those who qualify will compete for a share of the $400,000 in prizes at the Samsung World Cyber Games finals, which will be held October 12-18 in Seoul, Korea.
