The 360 now has the best games on the market (check the reviews and critical responses.. and also the sales figures). The wii is going to sell massively worldwide... Those of which who can afford a gaming system like the ps3 could either get a ps3 on its own for $600.. or.. they can get a wii AND a 360 for the same money... hmm... I highly doubt that the ps3 will be able to get any sweet bundles like this, especially the gears of war bundle on play.com! £269 for premium 360 and gears? sweet. I doubt the ps3 will get ps3 and metal gear solid for $589 by next christmas... The wii already has a game bundled inside it, and i bet by march it will have another game to that roster. shuhanmia123940923-102931-09.. you obviously don't like games this much then. I want a ps3 aswell, because it has some unique games for it. But so does the 360... so that comment isn't really welcome :(

The great thing is, Microsoft are making bundles like the one in this report, but this lets stores get competetive with their own bundles which they can work from Microsofts very own standard bundle. For example, the Play.com bundle with premium 360 and gears of war for £269! Stores all over the place are having wonderful bundles like this, recently I had my 360 from argos, I chose ANY game (literally any one I wanted) and it also came with a steeringwheel, extra pad, media remote, faceplate pack (mad catz) all for £279.99! Incredible stuff! I think Gamespot should have a special section showing the best and unique gaming deals, could prove very useful!

PS3 is £550 on play, but Sony has told Retailers that they can charge what they want, as its only a guide price, thats around $1000 and from a shop, imagine the Ebay prices over here

Nevermind that. In Canada at Future Shop they were selling the 360 premium bundle with GRAW, Arcade unplugged, RR 6 and GoW for only $499.99 CDN. That's a deal man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To bad I already had them all.

I got mine last week here in Ireland. I got the premium console, gears, double agent, pro evo 6 and PGR for 500 euro! Pretty much every shop (except the main game ones) have offers like this now.

diablobasher ... no it is not the same deal you get a premium 360 + Gears of War and the choice of 1 more game, Smackdown Vs Raw or Pro Evo 6 whereas with this deal you can choose between only one of the three ... so the Gamestation deal is better because you get 2 games, not 1.

if anyone in the uk wants to get it, the cheapest i've found is on play.com for 269.99 ($515). This might seem like a lot to americans, but when compared to the ps3 price, currently at 550 gbp, it's a bargain at almost half the price!!!!.

Core 360 in UK are selling for £199 in most stores = $380 Premium Unbundled 360's are £279 = $535 Games are approx £40 - £45 in most UK stores = $75 - $85 The GOW/WWF/COD3 Premium bundle is £299 = $575 In effect that deal is offering a Premium 360 at regular £279/$535 price and throwing in one game at half price £20/$38 so in effect the deal is worth a £20/$38 saving if bought seperately. Hope that makes it clearer for how much 360's, games, bundles cost and what the saving is over here.

There have been some very good deals lately - especially from Play and Amazon on the Xbox 360.
