I would do almost anything to play a copy of Uncharted 3 right now. With KOTOR puttering out somehow, Uncharted has easily become my favorite franchise ever-hands down.

this is why sony is the best video game developer out there this generation.

They should make it when nathan drake is in his 40's and is devorced with Elana and she gets kidnapped and nathan goes on a journey to save her but then he ends up going on some sort of journey also should be rated M.

There does not need to be co-op for the sp campaign. Jesus. PLEASE do not ruin an outstanding SP by having Nate escort some retarded kid or something and you get to "play as little Johnny!!!! with you and a friend for insane co-op experience!!". Keep it the way it was in Among Thieves. ND wants to do something with co-op I hope they refine it separately from the single player. And johny300, I wouldn't worry about them not having enough time to polish the game and make it feel as grand as the second one. Between the first and second there was only two years (well technically a month shy of being two years apart but close enough) as well and look how it turned out.

Too soon im afraid they wont have time to polish the game and make it epic.

@conkerratchet Yes. Get it. The second one had a far grander scale, but the best things about the second game were started in the first. Loved the story, graphics are still phenomenal (even if they aren't quite AS good as 2, they're still better than a lot of the games out there), voice acting is just as good and combat didn't change much from 1 to 2. And if nothing else, you should play it just for the back story... and Sully. He's barely in the second game, but he's all sorts of awesome.

@conkerratchet well i got both of them and i enjoyed both even know the first one doesnt have a great graphics like the second one, but it has a pretty good story too.. i really enjoyed it

Ok.... I doubt this, because I think that is a lie. October 31, 2011?? They were just guessing, everyone!! There IS an Uncharted 3. And yes, I played Uncharted 2, and it was AWESOME. I have it, but I don't have the first one. Should I check it out?

Uncharted 3 has a very good chance to come out on ps3 in the fall of 2011 but i just wish they would confirm it already

This was a blast but I still prefer first Uncharted game. Drakes Fortune should get same scores at the time it came out.

Very excited, replaying this game again, and for good reason. Uncharted 2 flows very smoothly and everything else compliments it. Uncharted 3 will be amazing I hope!

We know an Uncharted 3 is a given. We also know that it's a big enough title that they wouldn't let its initial announcement be like this. No, when they're ready to announce it, it will be at a conference or convention or something like that, with an epic trailer and much fanfare. I'm not going to let this here get me all excited; I'll wait for the OFFICIAL announcement. 8)

Oh come on, this is crazy. If they were even planning a new Uncharted and revealing it now.. they would have put it on their conference. This does not qualify as news. Wait for real proof.

A no brainer indeed. I feel they could refine the shooting mechanics a little more though.. which is a good thing because there is still room for improvment to an already stellar game.
