1 Like I was a dumbass for passing on these games initially, but I finally decided to get the Season Pass after several of my friends said how great they were. And man were they right! Great games!
Walking Dead Ep. 5 November's top-selling PSN game

Telltale Games' adventure series' final episode tops sales chart for last month; Black Ops Declassified best-selling PS Vita game.
Sony today announced the best-selling PlayStation Network games for the month of November, revealing Telltale Games' The Walking Dead Episode 5: No Time Left to be the month's top performer. Rounding out the top five for PSN and PS3 full games were Assassin's Creed III, Sonic Adventure 2, Okami HD, and PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.
The complete top 20 PSN and PS3 full game list is below. Of note, all five The Walking Dead episodes secured a spot on the chart.
Switching to the PlayStation Vita, Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified sold more copies through PSN than any other game for the portable during November. The critically bashed game beat out the likes of Assassin's Creed III: Liberation, Persona 4 Golden, Ragnarok Odyssey, and Need for Speed Most Wanted to secure the top spot.
As for downloadable content, Black Ops II's $50 Season Pass proved the most popular download during November, beating out WWE '13 Fan Axxess, Borderlands 2: Campaign of Carnage, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3: Collection 4: Final Assault, and the Mechromancer Pack for Borderlands 2.

I want this game... how much is it for all 5 eps? think steam will have it on sale for the holiday season?
Great game over all.. really sucked me in.. having said that ep 5 was a massive fail and really short.. i really hope they make a second series..!!
congrats , WDgame some of the best games i played this year although it was a rather simple one gameplay wise
does this have anything to do with the TV show?the main character in these games is some one else so i can assume it's just dragging the name Walking Dead behind and i've heard while the action is ZERO the story is pretty good but that's not what i'm expecting out of a zombie game...there should be something aside form the story that make it worth playing...

Traveler's Tales makes... well, tales. Their games tell stories. There isn't supposed to be action in the game. What makes The Walking Dead game great is you can decide how events turn out throughout the entire game. Decisions you make will change the game later on.

Sometimes you're watching a movie and you're given choices on what you want your character (Lee) to say, and characters you talk to have difference responses. Some of the dialogue choices you make will cause characters to like you or hate you, which can affect how the plot goes.
Other times you have freedom of movement to move around. This is what I like to call a "rest area" because you aren't attacked by zombies and you and your group is safe. You can talk to characters, find out more about them, and once again you get to choose dialogue that makes characters like or hate you more. You can pick items up and give them to characters if they need them, and whether or not you give them items can determine how those characters act or even if they live or die later on. You can do this for a while, and there's a specific character you have to talk to when you're finished and want to move on with the game.
Another type of scene are the sneaking scenes. You might need to go to a certain location and have to navigate a maze of debris and zombies to get there, and you're given choices on where you want Lee to move. You can choose to move to a different spot and Lee will move there on his own, or you can look around corners or over walls to see where zombies and items are placed. Looking for too long will make zombies notice you, so you have to duck back behind the wall to make the zombie stop caring about you. You can cause distractions which makes zombies move and gives you a chance to progress. Pick up items to use in certain places and repeat all of this until you reach the area you need to go.
Lastly, there's the "combat" scenes where zombies attack you and your group. You have to decide which person you need to help. If you help one character, another may die, or at least hate you more. Sometimes you yourself will be attacked and a quick-time event happens where a button icon appears on the screen, and if you tap that button fast enough you'll survive and kill the zombie, and if you're too slow, the zombie kills you and it's game over (though you can retry too).
I suggest downloading a demo of the game on the Xbox 360 or PS3 and trying it. Or watch gameplay on YouTube. It's actually a very good interactive movie game.
The Walking Dead is the most boring zombie show ever created. More about the lives of the survivors than actual surviving. Blech, more flesh-munching, less trying to make me give a damn about their lives. Anyway, now that the whole of 5 episodes is out, I can give it a try. I hate episodic content... Just do the game and release it... god... Otherwise you end up with things that never get finished... like.. Iunno... Shenmue comes to mind.

Unless WD has some outrageously-unprecedented innovation I really can't see that thing doing that good without a few thousand or million mindless zombies in the person of gamers that have no will of their own and just hand over their money at the beck of evil producers...Kind of reminds me of a certain mmo getting WAY TOO MUCH ATTENTION with a three-letter acronym synonymous with, of all things, a game whose name very appropriately indicates a diabolical nature...
i know i got episode 5 last month, and im a little ashamed to say i also got black ops declassified :( , i just wanted some sort of portable shooter, o well ill just get persona 4 when i get the chance.
Man that's what's up. And hear i was fearing the game might go on under-appreciated. No other game or movie (that i can recall) for that matter ever connected with me on such an emotional level as Walking Dead did.
open world third person zombie game in a city would be rad, dead island got monotonous real fast.

The Walking Dead is one of the best shows on television. The market would absolutely slurp up and buy up an open world, GTA like zombie survival game scrummaging for supplies, fortifying a position, and working as a team. I'm not talking Left For Dead either, nice attempt but unlimited ammo is lame. Give us an open world zombie survival game and watch it sell like nuts.
@StevieweiserIt already happened. It's called "Dead Island" and it was lame as hell. Leave The Walking Dead game as it is.

2 Like Doesn't surprise me, Walking Dead is amazing and it's a good thing people still kept coming back after the long delays between a couple episodes. I thought the 5th episode was all around the worst of the 5, the story was great but it just felt too rushed. You were basically pushed from one thing to the next with very little to figure out/examine. I couldn't even guess 3 of the major decisions until I saw the results afterwards. That's just my opinion on 5 but I'd still give the entire game as a whole a 10 and recommend that everyone tries it. [Episode 1 at least, the demo is a lousy representation of the game]
