As GameSpot reported in May, Harmonix, MTV Games, and EA announced that Rock Band Country Track Pack will arrive for the Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 2 on July 21. Today, the publishers also revealed some new details on what songs would be available for the upcoming track pack.
Willie Nelson's "On the Road Again," Trace Adkins' "Swing," Sara Evans' "Suds in the Bucket," Keith Urban's "I Told You So," Montgomery Gentry's "Gone," and Cross Canadian Ragweed's "Cry Lonely," were announced today as additions to the $29.99 product. Previously announced new tracks include hits like Kenny Chesney's "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy" and Kenny Rogers' "The Gambler."
The track pack will include 21 tracks from country music's superstars, 13 of which are brand new to the Rock Band platform. These 13 songs will be exclusive to the track pack disc for a limited time, before joining the Rock Band Music Store as downloadable content.
Those who buy the track pack can also download the songs onto their consoles through a free offer with Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network. Once the songs are downloaded, they will appear in the Rock Band library and can be integrated into set lists and played in all game modes.
