i've been buying the NHL games since NHL 11, and i thought that 11 was good, then 12 game out, then 13 came out. there are some things that i do miss from NHL 12, like the delay between dead play and the drop to the puck where you can get into skirmishes with the goalie and other players on the ice. the smarter goalies do add to the play, sometimes they can make a play that very few can make, the new ai makes it a little tougher, but adds the the realism. the skating is very realistic. but if you are new to the series you can pick it up and play it.
overall i like the game thee are some glitches, but they are more in the comical and wow area, like yen a player get checked in open ice they may seem to levitate up then come crashing down. with the NHL season in the balance im going to be playing more because if lack of NHL hockey. i can still watch AHL, but its not the same. the one thing that has been bugging me is loungo doesnt let anything soft through!
