NHL 2K11 Dev Diary - Road to the Cup

Looks like it'll be fun!

This game looks like crap, where is the hockey? Trivia? Really? Barrells of fun? screw this 2k's game gets worse every year, Im definatley gettin NHL11 its gonna be way better.

Slapshot is a casual gamer joke...

time to get my wii out of the box since it is collecting dust.

I think NHL slapshot will have an immediate advantage over this. NHL Slapshot has a career mode that is the most in depth out of any console, and EA's first try on the Wii will be very popular.

i have nhl 2k10 and never really played it for as long as other hockey games ive owned. im going to get 2k11 or slapshot but im not sure which.... 2k11 is good cuz its exclusive and im a big fan of the lacrosse moves u can do, and it has motion plus. slapshot is good cuz its ea with a proven track record and cuz gretzky is on the cover ;)

Im wondering if this type of mode would draw in a lot of users... I'd expect NHL2K11 to sell because Wii owners haven't previously had a NHL game... With NHL Slapshot coming, I'd have thought 2K would have spent as much time as possible polishing the hockey
