Where can I find star pearls?

Star Pearls are rare drops from battles in the final dungeon, the Ivory Tower.
If I recall correctly, it's the Sinister Sovereign that drops 'em. I'm not certain about which monster drops it, but I'm sure about the location. -
Red dragon gives you bamboo shoots if you steal, the monolith things give you star pearls if you steal.

In Nazcaa theres a baarndancer or something like that its definitely a sheep and its very easy to steal all the times ive tried ive gotten one. Then i believe in the ivory tower you fight a neolith which you can also steal it from but i have not had as much success with that one.
