Ni No Kuni:Wrath of the White Witch is one of the best JRPG's made in years. With a Beautiful world, fun combat, addictive Pokemon type gameplay, plus a very creative environment and characters. It's a game that can't be missed.
Main Character: Oliver, a 13 year old boy that try's to get reunited with his mother. Oliver is joined by a fairy from a parallel world named Drippy who basically becomes his sidekick. Oliver isn't exactly a here and acts like a kid. He isn't courageous or very smart, he's scrawny and small. However Oliver has has a big heart, which is the key to being a hero in this adventure.
Rank:7.0
Graphics: The graphics in this game are beautiful and the environment is gorgeous. Everything looks great and polished. It's just overall a good looking game.
Rank: 9.5
Story: Some of the story does have it's sad parts of it but for the most part, it's a pretty goofy game. The excellent animations by studio Ghibli keep you entwined to the game. The great thing about the animations are they look so much like the gameplay,it doesn't look like your in a different game when the animations come on like it does in so many other games. The story brings out your inner child and adds so much to the overall experience.
Rank:8.0
Game Play: Like i said the environment is beautiful and it makes you wanna explore the whole parallel world you've journeyed into. The great variety of monsters brings out that old Pokemon feeling. The combat can get a little frustrating however and running into monsters all the time can get the same way but these are just minor set backs into the overall gameplay.
Rank:8.0
Overall:8.8
Should I buy this? Yes, I recommend anyone to try this game out. It's a great experience and not one that should be missed.

There is a lot going for this game, but it has a few key missing pieces that I just can't forgive it for.

With flavors of Pokemon, Studio Ghibli & old school JRPGs, Ni No Kuni is a very fine meal indeed.
