GameSpot Asia's Jonathan Toyad plays a little bit of cel-shaded Studio Ghibli and Level-5 role-playing game goodness with Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch!
"This is the 'turd' boss in the game." Don't you mean the 'third boss' in the game? XD Anyway, looking forward to this game !
@thedemon44 Yeah, why dont you tell that to Tales of Vesperia for PS3 which is still TBA for the past 3 years.
Level-5 is awesome, loved Rogue Galaxy and Dark Cloud 2 on the old PS2. Studio Ghibli and Hayato Miyazaki is also awesome, love all their movies (seen them all). I've been following this game since it was first announced, but after watching this video here, I want it even more! 2012 can't come soon enough!
"ive never fought this boss before" fair enough "okay now he is about to throw away his sword and shield" ummm clearly you have fought him before.
WHOA. I've never even heard of this game. This is so atypical of me, but I think my inner fanboy is showing on this one. I love Studio Ghibli, and although I haven't been interested in a JRPG since probably FFXII, I find myself giddy like a schoolgirl after viewing this vid. Which, given the Japanese nature of its audience, could prove to be something of a problem.
When they translate this, there's no way that they will find anyone who's voice matches that little kids more than this VA.
Awesome environments, Cool colours and Intriguing battle system.....Looks like DQ8 and This game is something to attract me to playstation 3 after god of war and uncharted..... This would be cool if we've an english version of cource..... :)
It's like a cross between the old Monster Hunter and Pokemon. I'm surprised I'm actually intrigued by this
