How do I switch to pro-controller during the game?

Currently playing SFxTK. Waiting for Ninja Gaiden 3, Warriors Orochi 3
Main: Guile, Bison
I cant figure out how to do it. I have to close the game, then start it with the pro controller to use it. It kinda annoying

Bump. This is the only way I have figured out to switch as well. Same with switching back to the Game Pad from the Pro. Must be a weird operating system glitch.
