Nintendogs: Labrador & Friends Question

Is there a way to have multiple accounts, say, if more than one person wants to play?

My sister just received the game, and immediately set up an account by purchasing a dog. I am relatively unable to play with the dog, as it's been trained in her voice. Am I able to set up an account so that I can play without using hers?
