I want to order Asia version. Will DLC from NA work? Or do I need new PSN and other currency to buy?

Nope. You'll need a JPN PSN account, and you'll need to buy JPN DLC.

Asian games and Japanese games are different regions. If you get the Asian version you should be able to make a Hong Kong account (in English). DLC works within the region of your game. American DLC will not work on an Asian region game.

That's not the case. Japan and Asia are in the same region. Almost 100% of the time, the only difference between the two is that game discs being shipped internationally get a different manual insert and cover (with different rating system) than the discs being shipped domestically. They're the same games with the same code, printed at the same time in the same factory.
So, basically, "Japan" and "Asia" are the same. It's not a "region" it's a "version."
There are however a few exceptions. I believe a Grand Turismo game was one of them. It's only done for games with heavy online components where there would be too much strain on the Japanese servers if they had to handle all of the Asian online traffic. But it's very rare.
Generally speaking, if you buy a Japanese or Asia version of a game... it doesn't matter. You can get the DLC and use it from either the HK store or the JPN store... because they're the same region.

Japan, Asia-Japanese version = JP PSN and HK PSN
US, Asia-English version = US PSN and HK PSN
so... if you bought an Asia-English disc, don't waste your money with JP PSN or HK PSN (it's for Asia-Japanese version only, DLCs for Asia-English are not release yet.)

My bad, Mwulf. I've never ordered an Asian version game before, just US, PAL, and Japanese. So it's really just a game by game decision for servers?
