Welcome to the OT Realm!!!
The SSU OT Realm is a social hangout for all users alike, where no topic is unwelcome. Off topic is our specialty, but as our past dictates, we also serve as a Dragon Ball spirited union.
Latest Updates
Due to a myriad of issues and general decline of union matters, Super Saiyans United is as of now officially closed. The union is now closed to comments, and forum posts and more joining members. It was decided over the last week that SSU should no longer be allowed to be open under such poor conditions.
A more personal farewell is inside.
So the great SSU OT Realm is celebration its belated 3rd birthday... how you say?
Look inside, and be amazed!!
Due to popular demand, SSU has returned to reclaim its glory in the form of an off topic board.
NOTE: We are no longer an anime based union. We follow the same pattern as off topic boards now.
2 months after SSU's official closure here, I express a few words regarding the continued existence of the board, even if only in a read only state. From this point on, I will open up the homepage to comments, but nothing else, so I can receive some input if there are any readers still.
(If you read this, I ask that you at least comment here telling us WHY you read this)
Dear all members of Super Saiyans United,
It is with a heavy heart and a regretful cynicism, that today marks the closure of SSU. As a leader, it was a great pleasure running the union and seeing the some of the "interesting" times here, it's a shame that I was unable to improve upon what made the union strong and active in the past. However, recently in the past year things had began to slow down, until it came upon a few issues regarding unions and GameSpot in general that led me to come to this decision.
READ MORE INSIDE
I highly recommend you read it. Don't worry, SSU will cover reviews from GameSpot, IGN etc. but if you want to know what the game is like, that review seems pretty accurate to me.
Note: The only thing have edited in the interview is the format (we did this over msn).
Also, there are three parts:
Part 1 - What was good about the game?
Part 2 - What was bad about the game?
Part 3 - Overall statements
Unfortunately, GS cannot fit the whole interview in as I tried it before and half of the interview disappeared.

A recent press release by Atari confirms the online features of the Wii version of Budokai Tenkaichi 3. It is to have full multiplayer capability, and as noted in the previous update a Disc Fusion system, which utilizes BT1 and BT2 to unlock new modes in BT3. Also Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is to be the final installment in the Tenkaichi series.
- Wii will ONLY have online.
- Some have gotten confused on this but it's ONLY the CONTROLS that have been REFINED. Not the gameplay.
- PS2 owners, make sure you have BT1 or BT2 as it'll be required to unlock the full potential of BT3. It's needed to unlock Ultimate Battle Mode, one of the best modes in the game (in my opinion).
- More than 150 characters!
- A lot more levels!
- Better animations!
- Long combos can be done in just one button... if you ask me, that's a very stupid thing to include, I'll explain why inside this article.
That's pretty much everything and everything you'd want to know or need to know. Great for those who are just discovering BT3. See inside for what I think on this...
GameSpot has posted their review of Dragon Ball Z: Harukanaru Densetsu, a new card battling game for the DS with a score of 5.6. See inside for the full review or click the above link.
GameSpot has posted many screens, confirming that Budokai Tenkaichi 3 (or Sparking! METEOR) is in production, and specifically confirming the appearance of two new characters: King Vegeta and King Cold.

BT3 is set for a tentative Fall 2007 release. See inside for more details.

Note: We'd like to apologise that we couldn't cover DBZ: Shin Budokai: Another Road a lot, we were very limited on information and time. It is out right now in America and Japan but it will be coming to the EU in April sometime. It's pretty much Shin Budokai with GT characters and improvements on the game itself and only for PSP.
