One of our officers, RoxasCapell, has formed a new union called The Sci-Fi Union. He has asked that I let everyone in this union know, in hopes that some of you may join. Of course, members from his union will be notified about this one too. (as soon as he gathers members, of course)

We just hit 200 members. This union is growing quickly, and I hope that it stays active, as right now it seems to be in one of those dark phases again.

I've started something in The Gears of War Universe Board. It is stickied at the top. It is something that will decide once and for all, who we believe is the greatest COG! Go check it out.

It's actually been official for quite some time now, we just didn't realize it. The Act 2 Chapter 5 (Intestinal Fortitude) cog tag collectible is a note from Ben Carmine to his brother. He includes the name of his brother. His name is Clay Carmine. This has always just been a rumor that I've heard on the internet, I've never actually seen evidence of it until now.

I've recently come across this fan film called "Antipathy" I know absolutely nothing about it, other than the fact that it is a fan film made for Gears of War.

I'm starting a new thing called Enemy of the Week. I will try my best to post a new one every Friday. Comment and tell me what you think. Hope you guys enjoy.

Today, Gamespot's All Time Greatest Game Hero voting begins. Gamespot already has 54 out of the 64 heroes picked, but we need to vote to see who the other 10 characters getting in will be. So, if you ever get the chance, go vote.

Also, Marcus Fenix made it in to the top 64 already! When the larger voting for All Time Greatest Game Hero begins, be sure to vote for Marcus.

I found this very interesting article. An Xbox 360 game actually took a place in the top 10 most purchased games in Japan. And that game was Gears of War 2.

It placed number 6 with 48,656 copies sold. That may not seem like a lot at all, but considering the fact that the Xbox 360 is the least sold console in Japan, that's quite impressive.

I've finally gotten the union up and running. I've been a fan of Gears for about a year now, and I noticed that most of the other Gears of War unions are dead. This is too great of a game franchise to not have an active union to go with it, so I made one. I'll be having more updates soon, but for now I'll focus on getting some new members in here.
