The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game have now been officially pushed by to April 5th 2013. Painkiller: Hell & Damnation was suppose to drop on Jan 22nd 2013 but has now been moved to April so the development team can make sure the game is on par with the PC version that came out last October, it also was confirmed that the game will launch at $29.99 and will be a retail disk game and not a download title.
I was starting to wonder since i did not see the game listed on websites such as GameStop,Walmart or BestBuy and was supposed to be out next week, now this explains why.

That makes sense, since no retail store has had listed until now although, gamestop is showing february.

its a good game if you like repetitive shooters. I'd rather have seen this come out as an arcade title like
Perfect Dark did. Seeing that is a remake. The $29.99 price tag is a tad steep for a game that is actually 9 years old.

Now, after taking a closer look at the date, i highly doubt it. April 5th is a Friday and very few, if any games are scheduled for release on a Friday.

Its an April release in Europe and a February one in the U.S.

Feb 15th is a Friday and that is whats listed on Gamestop.com, i would say that its just a place holder date as of now, April 5th however is also a Friday so i don't know... i guess it will come out when it comes out but for now i would believe April 5th over Feb. 15th cause it came straight from the publisher even if its not a Tuesday, 95% of new video games and movies come out on Tuesdays with the exception of a few such as Nintendo first party games always releasing on a Sunday.

Apparently it's not like the Black Edition and it only has 15 levels according to Steam. The original game with the expansion had 30 plus. That's kind of a shame that so much content was cut.
