Counter-Strike: Source Question

Controls for a PS3 controller?

I am used to playing Counter Strike on Xbox, and since nobody plays there anymore, I thought I would move to Conter Strike Souce. However, I prefer to use a controller over a mouse, and found a way to plug in a PS3 controller. When I try to set the controls, the looking up and down controls dont work. There is no way to make it so that the mouse isnt the main looking thingy, and when I set the joystick, it makes it so that the left joystick is for looking. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I dont think it works all that great with a ps3 controler because i had somwhat the same results. how ever i have found that the xbox 360 controler with the usb cord works just fine.
