    I read in one of the Croatian game magazine that Fifa 09 will be better than PES 2009. Is that true. I played both demos and i think Fifa is better. IT IS STANGE!!!!! Fifa was never better than PES. STRANGEEEE!!!!

    dont buy this its the same shoddy gameplay with graphics tacked on. if you dont believe me play the demo and you'll see.

    This is going to be the year of PES, FIFA worries too much about the graphics but when it comes down to the real sense of football, PES is a hell of a lot better, PES has been the best football game for 10 years. PES Unites!!!

    the visuals are although improved alot and gameplay is changed abit but the other things are still the same......same old crowd, stadium, animations and i dont know about the commentary.....if its gona be the same as 07 and 08 then thats totally crap.......EA should atleast change the commentary......these current commentators really sucks......EA sould puit in Martin Tylor and Andy Gray together.......what do u guys say???

    Played the demo.
    - It's not that bad actually, gameplay has changed. Collisions feel more real. Whole game Feels a bit more real, and fun.
    - I have sort of been addicted to it. - Doing tricks with the mouse is a lot easier than holding the shift key as in previous FIFA games.
    - I Loved PES 2008, mainly cause FIFA 08 was extremely bad. (for PC)
    At least it looks like EA SPORTS have actually made a good effort to making the PC version good this year.
    - Not sure if it beats PES though. Will See...

    The features are great but 4 f sake they didnt even change gameplay still looks like sum fifa 01 movements they could of at least done that it was looking so slow and crap y do it 2 the pc yyyyyy

    I don't think they improve much this year too... I don't even think they improve. Agree... Just new paint n control to the old gaming. Just check to the demo and find another dissappointing stuff.
    Cannot wait for PES 2009...

    The game looks great, I hope it plays great too. I won't even bother downloading the demo. From my experience with past FIFA games the demo ALWAYS sucks and you can't judge how the game will play by the demo.

    How about you actually update the gameplay for PC you idiots. It's the most important part of the game, seeing as you know, it's what football actually is. I don't give a damn about widgets and mouse controls, I want some decent, realistic gameplay. Not the same BS engine reused every year with some new animations and new textures. How hard could it be to use the 360 version's engine? I mean, they both run on DirectX, ffs.

    i tried the demo and it looked really crappy on the PC... and PC control isn't really that big of a deal, a decent PC controler costs like what? 30 bucks?
