OFFICIAL GameFAQs Tournament Information

TIME: Saturday February 16th, 4:00PM EST (1:00PM PST) (Might last until Sunday February 17th though if we run low on time).

FORMAT: Double elimination. Each round will be played Best-of-Three, except for the Grand Final. Player from Winners' Bracket in Grand Final will need to win one Best-of-Five Match, while player from Losers' Bracket will need to will two Best-of-Five Matches.

1st place: Grand Final winner
2nd place: Grand Final loser
3rd place: Winners' Bracket Final loser

PRIZES: Top three will be able to select one prize each from the following prize pool in order of their placements.

RULES:

1. Players must arrive in IRC chatroom at least 15 minutes before the start of the tournament. Absent players are automatically disqualified.

2. If a player lags out, the Game will be replayed, and any necessary Round will be emulated. However, other game mechanical advantages, such as Burst meter, Labrys's Axe Gauge, Naoto's Fate Gauge, etc., will not be emulated.

3. If a player lags out three times in a Game, they are automatically disqualified.

4. At the start of a Match, both players are free to choose whichever character they desire. After the first Game, however, only the loser of the previous Game can switch character.

Update on the bracket. It hasen't changed much but I have added 3 people. It can be viewed here

The old threads are outdated and as of NOW I am not putting anyone else in the bracket unless it is a reserve.

The brackets have barely changed so I don't think anyone will be unhappy with this.

Oh lol, that was a while ago. I kind of retired from this game so I don't add on to it anymore but as you can imagine I used to play the game A LOT lol. I am still not very good but just played it an UNGODLY amount of time.
