HEllo everyone

so this game will be free, or not? I read long time ago that it would be free but that surprises me. Is it free for PC too?

And finally it has not been released for the psvita yet but for what people says it seems that it will have an online and maybe an offline mode but both will be like two separate saves, isn´t it?

Both versions are free but you can buy optional stuff with real money (costumes/myroom/mags & skill reset/etc...).
Vita version (jp) comes out next month but there's a beta running atm (playing a mmorpg on the Vita, with no lag and nice graphics, feels great). Content will then be released at the same time on both versions.
No Release Date for the US Version yet (don't expect something good from Sega of America)
There will be NO offline play (except character creation, from what I heard)

Also, PC and Vita versions will be cross-play (PC+Vita blocks)

That is great to know that this won't be a Pay2Win.

On another note, can I purchase those features when I live outside Japan?(I DO have a Japanese PSN account, so I hope that won't be a problem)
