Can I can get Pharaoh to install on Windows 7??

I've changed the compatibility of my computer to Windows XP 2, and it has the downloading screen up, but it's staying at 0%.

Is there anything I need to do to get it to Install?

I have windows 7, and all i did was install it, i didn't have to change anything.
