There's not much to say from this version that I have in the 360 version, except there is less gameplay in this version than the 360 version. Having said that, I still find it very fun, and you can play it on the go.

If you haven't already read my 360 Plants Vs. Zombies review, then prepare to here the games details. You are trying to save yourself from zombies by planting plants on six planes of your lawn. You must kill all the zombies to advance.

If you've read my review on the 360, you know that I love this game. I also love it on the Iphone. The one difference is that the graphics are slightly slower, and the game doesn't have Zuma or Peggle, or all the modes of the 360 version, which is a bummer. However, this is better suited to a portable game probably because of its simple gameplay. It also benefits from the touch screen controls. Placing zombies and attacking zombies is actually easier than using the controls of the 360 version, so this one is easier to learn.

In conclusion, I'd give the 360 version the edge, but Plants Vs. Zombies is still an amazing game on the Iphone. It features a lot of levels, excellent touch screen controls, a terrific soundtrack, and some of the best gameplay I've ever played. If you love Iphone gaming, look for this in your library. Almost easily the best strategy game ever, this iphone edition of Plants Vs. Zombies is a winner.
