Is there a point to leveling characters beyond Rank 100?

Because when I tried to customize characters, the feature that required the highest rank was 100. So is leveling past 100 simply optional?

The last unlock for a character is 300.

    You can get an additional icon and background for your profile card, but that's it.

    The highest unlock is at level 200, which is an icon.

    The Roach Rank is basically just bragging rights to show of how much you've played that character.
