Constant Freezing!!! Anyone else?

Whenever I try to connect to an online match, it will always freeze at the "Searching for Players" screen.

Wasn't having this issue until the patch.

And if I try to make a private online room, the game will freeze as soon as another player joins (For them it just says failed to connect)

I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game data (All of it), cleaning the disc, deleting my saved data, but nothing's doing anything
