    So I have my six "main" warriors that I was to use, however, my newest one (Hisahide) uses a Rufflet. He is max with the link...what happens? It will not evolve or anything. Actually I came asking why the link wouldn't raise but just found it it was max. So why won't the Rufflet evolve?

    Because the link isn't high enough and Hisahide doesn't work well enough with Rufflet to raise the link any higher. You need to get Hisahide a pokemon better suited to him, a Deino ideally.
