Is Action Replay needed to get a Rufflet or a Braviary with Sheer Force? If not, how can I obtain one with this ability? (preferably without trading)

Sheer Force isn't its hidden ability or anything. To get a Sheer Force Braviary, just catch/ hatch enough pokemon until you get one. You don't really have to do anything special to get it. Is this for in-game? Because if so, the ability is irrelevant. If you want it for competitive play:
    1. There are several better flying/normal types, e.g. Staraptor
    2. Defiant would be a better ability for competitive (IMO)
