Just like N's Pokemon, since they are supposed to be exceptional or one-of-a-kind entities, and there's no reason why players should feel compelled to constantly reset the game.

Yes, let's neuter any Special-based legendary.
    Good plan, Emerald. You're a f***ing genius.

I agree, they are legendary Pokemon, not loser Pokemon.

Definitely not. Legendaries are usually more than one-trick-ponies, and benefit from different Hidden Powers if they have mixed or special potential (most are).

Then they wouldn't be to use different Hidden Power types.

All legendary's having perfect iv's would be... interesting. It would save a lot of time to get it since people will reset till they get it anyway. It could unbalance things though. I only reset till they have a good nature.

Can't you RNG them? RGNed pokemon are considered legit by even the official tournament rules

Hidden Power's implementation makes it almost completely impractical without resorting to cheating.

So? Unless you use a sim, hack or RNG, you'll practically never get the hidden Power you want anyway.

Yeah, there needs to be something where you can toggle hidden power much easier without IVs. Some of the hidden powers put Pokemon at a disadvantage too by lowering a key stat or having to lower their defenses.

Or have IVs be much easier to train.
