Would you be upset if Xerneas and Yveltal are part dragon type?

Well for some reason, Game Freak believes that the main box cover "trio" legendaries have to share a common typing, which is dragon. The dragon type is considered very powerful, and can implied to every type easily. Hopefully Xerneas won't be part dragon type...along with Fennekin not being fire/fight....

Groudon/Kyogre/Rayquaza?
I said AFTER Rayquaza, Game Freak believes that the main box cover legendaries have to be part dragon type (creation trio, tao trio).
I believed that Emboar wouldn't be fire/fighting, but after that realization I truly believe that Game Freak is capable of performing the same pattern. Over and over again.

Sorry, I meant eight box cover dragon legendaries in a row if you're counting Rayquaza and the double Reshiram/Zekrom duo due to BW2.

Also, you're making it as if there are only 2 trios that are dragons, but if the trios consists of 6 main cover dragon legendaries in all that the storyline focuses on, then it's a big deal. Sorry if you misinterpreted the topic.

I appreciate your opinion. The topic's main focus is whether or not you would be upset if Xerneas and Yveltal were part dragon type hypothetically, and I believe you would be upset as would I.

They keep making them dragon type because Dragon is an OP typeing. I am sick of it personally, although overall game balance is higher up on my list of priorities.

Dialga, Palkia, Giratina: Dragon shared.
Lake trio: Psychic
Musketeers: Fighting
Tao: Dragon

In pokemon the dragon type is the epitome of power. They have the highest average overall BST and highest fully evolved overall BST by far (610, which is way higher than anything else).
Plus it is an extremely rare type. Anyways two out of 5 gens is not a lot. I have no idea why you are so upset about dragon types to begin with.

I don't understand why duos, trios, and quadruplets have to share a common typing. The legendary beasts and weather trio didn't share a common typing, and everything was fine. Hopefully the pattern is broken...I can't imagine what common typing Yveltal and Xerneas can share other than dragon...

Altaria (Goose), Flygon (Dragonfly/Antlion), Haxorus (Dinosaur), Garchomp (Hammerhead Shark), Giratina (???), Kingdra (Sea Dragon)
Dialga, Palkia, Latias, Latios, Reshiram, and Zekrom have some dragon characteristics, but are far from being completely based on dragons. In fact, Zekrom looks more like Bionis than any dragon I've ever seen.

Dragon is a pretty vague term. I'll concede that Altaria and Reshiram are a bit off, but the others are similar enough to dragons, which is vague by itself, to be fine in my book.
