How to open the Portal 2 console on PC and enter commands
From the main menu, go to Options -> KEYBOARD/MOUSE -> Allow Developer Console and set it to Enabled. Note: to make some of these codes work, you need to enter this code into the console: sv_cheats 1Cheat Effect sv_cheats (0=off/1=on) Turns Cheats on/off host_timescale # (default=1) Changes speed of game, 0.1 = 10% of original game speed, 2 = twice the original game speed firstperson Changes view to first person thirdperson Changes view to third person ent_create_portal_companion_cube Creates a Companion Cube sv_gravity # (600=normal) Lets you change the gravity in the game god Invincibility noclip Lets you go through walls and fly around sv_portal_placement_never_fail # (1 or 0) Place portals anywhere buddha Player can take damage but won't die cl_showfps 1 Shows FPS Rate notarget Turrets won't shoot at you ent_create_paint_bomb_jump Shoots repulsion gel out of your face ent_create_paint_bomb_speed Shoots propulsion gel out of your face ent_create_paint_bomb_portal Shoots conversion gel out of your face ent_create_paint_bomb_erase Shoots water out of your face ent_create_portal_reflector_cube Creates a reflector cube for lasers cl_showpos 1 Used to see your position and speed sv_speed_paint_max (default = 800.0f) Changes the maximum speed obtainable from speed gel sv_speed_paint_acceleration (default = 500.0f) Changes the acceleration of the speed gel portalgun_fire_delay (default = 0.20) Changes the minimum speed (in seconds) in which you can fire a portal gun portalgun_held_button_fire_fire_delay (default = 0.5) Changes the minimum speed (in seconds) in which the portal gun shoots when you hold click. Easter Eggs
Singing Turrets
In test chamber 16, there is a turret inside a ventilation grate right past the elevator. Jump over it, get the refraction cube and use the laser to destroy that turret. The grate will open up, and when you go in, there will be 4 turrets singing a song in unison.
