How do I get past the jellyfish forest thing in the second world?

I keep getting shocked, and then I reach this part where the next jellyfish is too high to jump to. How do i get through?

    To get past the shocking jellyfish you can wait until it stops zapping then the second it does use dragon time (L1) and get past it. For the jelly fish that's higher than the other wait to the point until it will start going down and use dragon time then double jump and glide over. In this part of the game dragon time is used the most.
