Can you run this online using a UDP?

Could you set it up so people would play using a UDP like Hamachi. They do it with Starcraft and WoW but those are on the PC.

This game was never released to the PC, however there have been a few ppl who actually played this game on PC using some sort of emulator. But in my opinion, I dont think UDP will work with outbreak.
