What is a gnome?

I was trying to use a cheat code but it says I need to use a gnome and I dont know what that is or how to get it? Can someone please help!!!

The cheat gnome is a giant crystal like statue thing that appears in front of your house after you imput the code to get it. The code should be in the cheat section of this page.

    The Gnome appears in front of your house when you put the following code L1 R1 Up X R2

    A gnome is a "Cheating Device" that appears in the front of your house after you type in the code (L1, R1, Up, X, R2) it will basically just sit there unless you put in another code, (Ex: Max all motives) once the codes are activated, click on the gnome like you would any other object, and select the code u want to use.
