A few months after arriving in stores, SOCOM: Confrontation was updated to version 1.3 via a free patch that, among other things, added trophies to the game. There are 37 trophies in all, including a platinum one that can only be earned by first getting the other 36.

    yeah, it's only online. I just got it myself but am having some trouble with internet. will get it fixed this weekend. Enjoy :-)

    Yeah im addicted to socom now i recommend you get it with the headset to. I'll give it 8/10

    As of the new 1.30 patch Socom has gotten MUCH better. If this game was rereviewed it would score much higher now. While still not perfect its a lot of fun. I would recommend the $60 bundle with the headset to anyone that doesn't yet have one.

    I bought this game afte the patch came out and i love it, i wish there was a sp though, for some reason IGN said the patch made it worse lol, i dont think the makers of socom bribed the reveiwers like most games.

    it does have an update here review revisited.. n u can probably move the game up to about an 8 but still a disappointment to the franchise imo
