How to charge jutsus?like kakashi's chidori?

Because when i'm fighting AI's there is a gauge on top of their head when using jutsus...

Press the command buttons for that jutsu, then hold the 'o' button down to charge

Like they say, [Press the command buttons for that jutsu, then hold the 'O' button down to charge].

(It's not actually Kakashi's "Chidori", it's Lightning Blade. I don't know the japanese name but it's not Chidori [well that's what others say to me].)

Oh, 1 more thing. For some characters (including Kakashi), if you charge your jutsu for a long time (when u r holding the 'O' button after the gauge fills up), ur chakra will decrease gradually.

It's Rikiri. Press down down circle and hold it until the bar's at max and hold it. Oh yah if you and you opponet are using Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi or Jiraya, charge up there down down circle and the'll do something KOOL.

(DOWN2X,Circle.)-Hold these buttons to charge up the Chidori.

REMEMBER: Using Chidori is a shocking part of your life!
