can i customize charcters ANYWHERE or use dem in dis game. plz state how if so.

No sorry u cant customize characters, that feature is only one Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes. The first one (duhh) xD

    Ya u can but it only works in the mugenjo and if u need help on how to do that just add details
