Is it possible to get legendary items from the hospital?

I know that you can get rare items from there, but is it possible to get legendary ones. Thank you in advance.

No, only muscle orb, caterpillar etc. the only helpful item there is the muscle item

I got a legendary item once. Also, the item's at the hospital are less valuable compared to the lifespan of your psp buttons, so go hunt elsewhere.

You can get any rarity from the hospital, it just takes entering and exiting enough time to get the item at the rarity yo want it.(it can take forever some times)

According to the official guide ( my bro gave it to me) the only rarities available from the hospital are common or rare. Legendary is not available.
