I got Pure along with Lego Batman (check my profile for a review on Lego Batman) when I first got my 360. I was at my relatives house for the weekend so I got to play my first few hours on an enormous 70" plasma. I have to say that TV, an HDMI cable, and Pure made for the one of the best gaming experiences I have ever had. The graphics are pretty decent, there was plenty of mud, and the game actually managed to get some adrenaline going in me while I was doing nothing but sitting on a couch and holding an Xbox controller.
However no game is without faults. I realize that most racing games have little to no storyline, but I think Pure could have had a lot more success if it had a little more depth into the lives of extreme (unrealistically so) ATV enthusiasts. I know its a far fetched concept but the movie Point Break was able to put a storyline behind surfing and it turned out great.
Even with it's one lack the game managed to keep me addicted for a little while and I will never get over the seriously exaggerated tricks. If they ever made a sequel they would have at least one supporter.
