We shoot things, blow them up, throw boomarangs at them, chop them up, and generally have just a swell time in Rage.
STOP interupting ffs.. I had to turn the sound off after about 60 seconds. (not the first time) I may even find my self not watching videos on here anymore. I wouldn't like to see anyone sacked or anything. So can you give him a job in the mail room or something please Gamespot..
This game looks very meh. Worth a purchase when the price drops and there aren't so many great games releasing.

I still don't know what it is about this game.. It looks brilliant, and yet I still don't want it :/
I'm pre-loading this right now off of Steam, I'm excited for it, looks good, but can't help but have a feeling of 'caution', so many games disappoint, I hope this one doesn't. One already disappointment, the video shows it uses regenerating health.
I preordered this game on the Xbox and, even though it's on three discs, I'm PUMPED. But seriously, Microsoft has got to come up with something, even if it means licensing them some Blu-Ray.

A game as hyped as this is bound to be disappointing. I'm not saying it'll be bad, but it doesn't look like the revolutionary GOTY they've been touting it as for the past year or more.

I absolutely hated that beta! The games are never close you either win by a bunch or lose by a bunch. Its the same with BFBC2

Mad Max*look it up*+ Borderlands + a touch of fallout ..but of course im still gonna play and have fun :D...that's the whole point to use what works.

3 disks on Xbox? That console is really starting to show its age,even John Carmack himself told that in some interview I read about a month ago.As for the game itself,looks okay,nothing too special,I must admit,but I will probably still get it.Not on my top priority list,though.

Rage is a FPS that have both an arcade racing game and a card trading game?! Talk about inception, or maybe, gameception. :P Ok, Dark SOuls and Rage for OCtober, BF3 and UC3 for november and GOW origins and Resistance 3 for December. My holiday shopping list is now complete. :P
My first impression Fallout 3+Boarderlands. It has an over all Fallout feel, but the landscape design, parts of combat, and the art style follow Boarderlands here and there. Overall I think it looks great.
Already Pre-Loaded on Steam. 21.5GB, I'm surprised it only took 1 hour 16 minutes to download with everyone else pre-loading.
We're viewing the demo and the presenters talk over the dialogue? I could only watch half of that video, those two are just too annoying.
@game_eater The first 2 discs of the Xbox version are the 1st and 2nd half of the game. Disc 3 is for multiplayer. You could install either of the first 2 discs and never have to swap out for single player, but you will if you want to play multiplayer. As far as how the game runs, John Carmak has said that the experience will be the same across all platforms.
This game looks great! if only they could make a newer version of Oddworld ( Abe's Oddworld ) running on this engine with the type of creepy atmosphere...but i guess people probably don't care for a oddworld title hehe
