I bought this game on a whim...

because I heard the game was good, and me and my 2 brothers were looking for something new to play. We got home, turned it on, expecting a mildly entertaining platformer, but then we soon discovered that this game is actually AWESOME! Seriously this has to be one of the best platformers ever made. The gorgeous visuals, the brilliant level design, the stylistic music, and just general wacky fun, took us all by surprise and we had an absolute blast with it. We're more Nintendo fanboys and we're not really familiar with Rayman, but this game trounces New Super Mario Bros Wii for platforming fun in nearly every way. I think it's criminal that games like COD and Battlefield get all the spotlight these days, whereas wonderful and charming games like Rayman Origins are left in the dark. For anyone who has friends or family to play with, I strongly urge you to get this game and play it with them, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
