I installed the game yet the game keeps freezing

    I have the goty edition if it's any help, the game was fine when i first played it when it came out but now that i bought this disc to replay the game, even installed, keeps freezing on me... it happens most frequently during missions.

    it's the only game ever on my xbox 360 to keep on freezing on me so i know it's not the console.
