I am almost at the castle in RE4 PS3 HD and I am absolutely loving the way this is going!

The HD is a big thing for me, it's just so… gorgeous and now I can actually see what is in the distance now instead of a grainy blur. The merchant is looking mighty fine as well if you ask me heh heh.

My brother and father don't really see the difference but I sure do! Another thing I noticed that I like is, when I played this on the PS2 during a reaction command scene, it would have a two second lag, which in all honesty, added more of a climax and built a little more fear in my heart making me think: 'DID I HIT THE RIGHT BUTTONS? OH SHOOT WHAT'S GOING ON?!', but was still kind of annoying. :| With the HD release on the PS3 {maybe the Xbox as well, I wouldn't know I just hear that the Xbox has bad frame rate but that's just a rumor to me} there is little to no lag and it just seems like one big cut scene instead of an extra one added after the fact.

The ONLY irk I have with this game, and this is minor, but the time it takes to save. It is only a few seconds longer to wait for it to save, but it's just a little infuriating at times because all you want to do is pop some Ganados!

TL;DR

Great game, minimal flaws, and the trophies are a great touch. :) I can just do without Ashley.
