Resident Evil 4 is just perfect. It's incredible fun to play and addictive, and I still play the game in my free time. One of the best features of the game is all the extras you get when clearing the game. The developers clearly loved the players of Resident Evil, and it shows. Keeping all of your weapons and items when replaying the game is a welcome feature to any game. It builds replay value, and makes the player just want to keep going through the game, again and again. In addition, the ultimate weapons, like the Chicago Typewriter, are well balanced, and just make the game more fun rather than laughably easy. After all, there are things in the game that can not be dealt with using a weapon. The button mashing during the quick time events is perfectly engaging, balancing out the easy moments with the hard moments. Overall, the game could not have been better if they tried.
