Resident Evil 5: Lost in Nightmares User Review
This is finally it, back to the classic horror, not just intense action and shooting. The game is atmospherically haunting, the gameplay can't go wrong. The best thing I love about it is that you could really feel "the fear of the unknown", which I believe is what makes a horror game successful. When my friend and I played it together for the first time, we didn't expect it to be scary. We thought it would just be like the new action-oriented RE games. When the game freaked us out for the first time we were laughing so much, it was just so unpredictable given what RE has become these days. But we were really happy to be freaked out.
It's a absolutely fun to play with someone who's played RE1 because you'll start comparing the old and new and you'll feel like an old person visiting a memorable place. For me my "last visit" was 10 years ago.
The fact that at some point you have no weapons is actually quite terrifying, given the strength of enemies you face at such level. It feels a bit like Clock Tower sometimes.

A few new characters for the Mercenaries mode isn't enough to make this DLC worth buying
