I have no idea. The rules for sticking are bull. Only lead mods can do it, and they can't tell you if they are going to sticky it or not. And they can't tell you why they won't sticky it if they aren't going to.
I guess we have no choice but to keep it bumped and hope for the best.

I made a topic on their forums about it. I'm not expecting them to reply and tell me WHY they did this, but it would be very nice if they did.
It makes no sense whatsoever.
A: They would get more money if it was split screen. Yum Capcom money.
B: Everything else is split screen, so we know that it would take minimal work for them to do it.

It is strange that they didn't add offline Versus. It might have something to do with the achievements? It would make it rather easy to unlock them since you could set a private match and just play with the two of you. Or maybe they didn't have enough time or couldn't bother to do that for two players. Meh, just throwing out half assed ideas -_-
