My opnion is this. Sure the consistent back and forth between cut scenes can be annoying. Sure the quick time button pressing can be a challenge. But those aside I think its a solid RE. Not every game can be perfect or make every fan happy. Botton line is this dont judge a game by its case or what you read in reviews. Rent it and take it home for a test run. Hey you never know you might actaully like the game and id you dont then worse case scenario you are out a few dollars in renting it. I for one love it and well enjoy it for a very long time and will await for the 7th one to arrive. What I like about is is the fact.the sorta implamented the weapon case back into the game like Re 4 and they have also have a malee action. Though its not the best used at times it does come in handy in other times. Hope this was helpful.
