Hey good job guys, you definitely diversified this thread with all your crying. I actually was hoping to hear more and was upset when I got to the end of it. As for it being "cheesy", how so? It makes perfect sense for the RE Universe. It's a "B.O.W.", meaning it could be a giant butterfly that skullfucks you and it would still be the same as a camoflauged snake... or for instance, an undead human being. Wow... I guess that makes the whole franchise cheesy. Right? No. Honestly I hope a giant butterfly comes and fucks all of you who "tried" to flame this great game and failed.
1 Like Looks like Call of Duty Modern Warfare monster edition. I thought Resident Evil 6 was supposed to go back to the Survival Horror gameplay that made the series good. RE5 was already pretty bad. Guess I won't even buy this one.
@euphoric666 The camo is a bit cheesy but the snake is a nod to old players... Chris always seems a bit unlucky fighting the giant yawn. Nice addition to Chris's campaign

A invisible Yawn?! Jeez... Personally I like these "claustrophobic environments" better than the open areas on RE 5; you know, narrow passages, long corridors, dirty walls etc.
so many doubters for re6...including myself!...but i think its actually looking alright. will await the reviews with more interest than i thought!
Really? How much gameplay have they shown already? I really don't get why some people dont count it spoilerific to see how all the levels are even if major plot twists aren't revealed.
Im looking because Im really skeptic about RE and if ive seen the story I dont even buy the game, but I can already tell that playing through these levels would be really bland when I already know them.

i think we all can agree on one thing- both chris and leon's sections are lacking sorely on atmosphere...
I have to agree with that sentiment- that damn thing was terrifying enough on PS1, and now we have this new freak. :/
Also, IGN had a preview saying that the MT Framework engine that Capcom's using for this is showing its age, but really? This still looks great to me.
