How do I beat Nemesis?

you just got to constantly bombard him with shots and eventually the spec ops will arrive and start shooting at him as well. after a little more punishment, Nemesis will drop to one knee and then you have to run up to him and us the syringe on him to end the battle. The easiest I found was to use a sniper rifle and camp where you start in the room next to the ammo drop and constantly headshot him. eventually he'll take enough that you can just run up to him and finish the mission.
