This was a very interesting panel. It allows us to infer a lot of generalizations about the various game communities out there as well as giving a firsthand look into some of the ways some publishers handle their communities. I love the part about how the panel admits they get threatening letters and people tend to rage to them thinking they will never be tracked down. Makes me wonder how many people send GS "hate mail" when they feel like they'll never have to justify themselves.
