This guitar and bass learning game definitely works, and if you're persistent, you'll be at least a passable musician.

I really feel that this game had promise, but also feel that I've had the worst customer service ever for a video game.

Calling Rocksmith a game is a misnomer. It is simply a guitar teaching aid, that happens to play on consoles.
