I can give a try if I find out how to do this. Since demand for JRPG is low nowadays, I wonder if there are many people out there doing this kind of work.

The translations are now complete. All the stories and all events are completely translated.
I may add some CGs later on, or add easier navigation for it.
Anyway, I will not be attempting Shining Ark translations. The response is far too cold. Besides, by analog stick for my psp is complete crap now.
Thanks for doing this. I dont really agree with what you said about the response being too cold though. There simply aint many people here, in NA and EU only 0.001% of people actually care about JRPG. I am sure whoever come over here all appreciate your hard work, its just that there aint many of us even noticing what you are doing.

Sega probably killed it even harder when they started doing those take down notices on videos for the really really old shining games.

You cant blame Sega for this, we are talking about culture in which kids nowadays only loves to play shooter games, there's no market for JRPG. Only giants like Pokemon and FF can hope to make a profit with NA or EU releases, you cant expect a game from the shining series to be even remotely profitable to localize.

Putting the depressing talk about the industry aside, I want to thank you for your translation work on the game.
I imported this game a few months ago when it went on sale, and it was great to see somebody who had already started translating the text in the game. Now that all story and event text is translated, I can play through the game with little trouble.
I appreciate the effort and time you put into this game, and I hope your issues get resolved sooner or later. And yes, it'd be a good idea to advertise this translation on GBAtemp, since they've done a lot of work on the Digimon PSP games and whatnot already.
Again, thank you so much, mech gouki!

People seem to be confusing Hardcore with Mainstream.

Cool. Which ones did you start with? Clicked through a few and didn't see any.

Thats really nice, I wish you the best luck. Im trying to figure out a way to crack the game and work on a translation patch, hopefully it will work out. Anyway its difficult for RPG fans nowadays when 90% of the video gaming industry sales are from shooters or shooters related games.

Thank you so much, mecha gouki Your translations are the only reason I imported this game, and now that it's all done, I can't wait to dig in!!

Sorry for being noob, I cant find your chapter 2,3,4.5 and so on.Could you please show me the way to your script? XD.
You did a great translation.
I find Shining ark better user control as compared to Shining Blade.
Somehow Shining Ark has easier game mechanics.
I could figure much more story from Ark though.
So Shining Blade, i suspect Japanese in more higher advanced =(
